Terms of Service.
Effective date: October 15, 2026
1. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program name: Easy Landscape Solutions Customer Messaging. Sender: Easy Landscape Solutions (AMacica Sells LLC).
Program description
We send text messages to customers and prospective customers who have agreed to receive them, about their quote requests and projects. Messages include replies to your questions (some sent by our automated assistant), estimate and proposal links, contract and e-signature links, appointment scheduling and reminders, and project status updates. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
How you opt in
- Checking the optional SMS consent box when you submit our quote request form at easylandscapesolutions.com/contact. The box is unchecked by default.
- Signing up on our text updates page at easylandscapesolutions.com/text-updates — on your own phone, or on our phone or tablet during an estimate visit — by entering your number and checking the consent box.
- Texting our business texting number, (480) 605-2543, first; we will reply to your message.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. After you opt in we send one confirmation message.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE and OPTOUT also work, and so does telling us any other reasonable way (by phone, email, or a text such as “please stop texting me”). You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.
Help
Reply HELP to any message, call (480) 714-8748, or email contact@easylandscapesolutions.com.
Carriers
Supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
Your number
You confirm you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up that number, please tell us or reply STOP so we do not text the new owner.
2. Quotes, estimates and services
Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change after an on-site assessment. The scope, price, schedule, and warranty for any project are set out in a written agreement signed by you and Easy Landscape Solutions before work begins. Scheduling is subject to availability, weather, permits, and HOA approvals. Easy Landscape Solutions is licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, ROC #355506.
3. Electronic documents and signatures
We may send estimates, proposals, contracts, change orders, and invoices electronically, and you may sign them electronically. You agree that electronic records and signatures have the same effect as paper ones, and you may request a paper copy at any time by contacting us.
4. Website use
Website content, including photos of our work, is owned by AMacica Sells LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. You agree not to misuse the site or submit false information.
