- Details about your project, and photos you upload of your property.
- Whether you agreed to receive text messages, and the date, time, wording, and page of that agreement.
- Messages, emails, calls, and texts you exchange with us.
- For customers: estimates, proposals, contracts and electronic signatures, appointments, payments, and job records.
Information collected automatically
- Basic device and usage data (such as browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location from your IP address) collected through cookies and similar tools, including Microsoft Clarity (site usage analytics) and the Meta Pixel (advertising measurement).
- When we text or email you a link to an estimate, proposal, or document, we record when the link is opened so we know you received it.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes and estimates, and schedule site visits.
- To perform the work you hire us for, including contracts, electronic signatures, permits, and invoicing.
- To communicate with you by phone, email, and — only if you opt in — text message.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
- To meet legal, tax, licensing, and warranty obligations.
3. SMS / text messaging program
Easy Landscape Solutions sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have agreed to receive them.

- Messages you may receive: replies to your questions (some sent by our automated assistant), estimate and proposal links, contract and e-signature links, appointment scheduling and reminders, and project status updates. We do not send promotional or marketing texts through this program.
- Message frequency: varies based on your inquiry and project.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- How you opt in: by checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our quote request form at easylandscapesolutions.com/contact; by signing up at easylandscapesolutions.com/text-updates; or by texting us first at (480) 605-2543. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
- How you opt out: reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or REVOKE) to any message, or tell us by phone or email. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts.

- Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run our business — website hosting, email delivery, our customer database and business app, text message delivery, document and e-signature tools, analytics, and payment processing — who may use it only to provide services to us. As stated above, SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
- With manufacturers, suppliers, or permitting authorities when needed to complete your project or warranty.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
- In connection with a sale or reorganization of our business, subject to this policy.
5. Data retention
We keep project and customer records for as long as needed to provide our services, honor warranties, and meet legal and licensing requirements. Records of SMS consent and opt-outs are kept as proof of your choices.
6. Your choices
- Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
- Ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing contact@easylandscapesolutions.com. We respond within 30 days.
- Limit cookies through your browser settings.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes to this policy
